woodeb baseboard

Iam working in a acrylic bathtubs plant , and we are searching for an material to replace the wooden baseboard with ( polymers - .....) thats have the same prorprites of wood but more softned or easy to forming ?

Don't no exactly what Your looking for, but if You go to one of the home improvement centers, home depot, menards , ect. they have polymer shapes that are used inplace of wood for trim purposes.they have assorted colors from white to dark brown the only problem is they come in maximum lengths of 8 feet.

Check with either a polyurethane foam manufacturer or a high density polystyrene manufacturer. Both will hold screws or nails like wood. Both will copy wood grain in fine detail. Many radio, TV etc cabinets used to be either PU or PS. Explain what you want and they can select the proper polymer for you.
