Well I did not have the chance to installed yet but to start it. I will go first with a real 'Good Insulation' set-up for your distribution areas all over then an strong 'Big Huge Blower' in the 'Supply and Return Loop' as well. Air motion need to be real good at least first. Then from there I will work with some intake and exhaust air dampering to be able to balance ventilation following outside Temp-Humidity % cuz this is a 'Big Deal' when temperatures going rolling coasting outside. The "Free Cooling" concept can be achieved to some level having a good Hvac management system designed for such purposes. I will go for an Ammonia equipment calculated for the demands because it's a lot cheaper to run than an electrical only equiptment alone. Well also shopping around at least three contractors for a quotes and then you will be able to make a wise decision for your projections. Enjoy the task ahead and have little fun in the same time.

'DEAL or NO DEAL' That's the Question
