matlab source code for mosfet inverter and adder

i'm looking for matlab 7 programmming source code for mosfer inverter and adder. i'm having problems in calling the function for the matlab function block for simulink.

how to call a matlab programming function/function file from the MATLAB function block? in other words, how to insert matlab programming function in the MATLAB function block?

how to?

at first assign the subsystem and the function block then

use add_block command,

then set_param...

you;d better put forward your simulink disgram hre. so that I can make more clear your meaning.

I need to design a project based on a mos transistor in matlab showing the outputs of Id, Vd and also show the implementation of the 'body factor'. How do I do it ? Please help here !! Much appreciated sir, thanks. Farhan
