how amny sq ft of side walk can you pour with 1 cubic yd of concrete?

You have to say how thick the sidewalk is. If it is 4" thick, you get 81 sq. ft; if it's 6" thick, you get 54 sq. ft. Those are ideal numbers and you actually have to allow at least 10% for wastage and uneveness.

Simple arithmetic ... Imaging your cubic yard 36 slabs of 3'x3' x 1" thick concrete and you can distribute them how you like, and stack 'em as thick as you like.

Each slab is 3'x3'=9 sq'
