What is the fluid pressure filter parts kit?

I've got an NSN 4330-01-496-1974 and a part name of fluid pressure parts kit, price $713, but I can't find out what this part does. I know it is part of the brake system on the HEMTT tanker. Can anyone help me?

It's a diagnostic tool for the brake system.
