CWT3 is a Cooling Tower Water Treatment from Teryln Industries. How does it need to be added? How much does it cost (aproximately)?

Precisely that is the reason for the post. Terlyn the manufacturer has no intrest in answering my question. I already talked to Bill at Terlyn but he failed to email me the info requested.

Sorry, I'm afraid it's simple...don't buy from a company which displays no interest in supporting it's product or it's customers.
They will continue to let you down at every oportunity.

One of the UK guys is a cooling tower wizz, I'll point him at this thread...
