eletric scoop tram and dumper

04/04/2008 3:31 AM

I just ask a few minutes of your attention to present two new types of machines, which have been invented, planned and realized completely by myself. The characteristics of those machines are remarkably different from the diesel ones in use: less waste of energy, almost noiseless and absolutely respectful of the environment. Distinguishing features considered very important nowadays

The machines I'm presenting are: a scoop tram and a dumper, which have the following characteristics:

  • Lower energy consumption, due to the ratio between the energy transferred by the machines to the wheels and the one provided by their engines is about 0,9. This means that the efficiency is about 90%.
  • They are almost noiseless because of their electric traction.
  • For the same reason they do not pollute the environment.
  • During the down way and the slowing down the machines retrieve all the potential and kinetic energy in excess in order to transfer it to the battery.
  • Adequate electric battery accumulators, and the recuperative energy power, allow an autonomy of 8 working hours.

The scoop tram and the dumper explained above are not just a simple idea; they have been already realized with numerous other electric operator machines. They have been produced for the specific context of the mines.

With twenty years of experience in the invention, planning and realizations of such machines, I'm glad to offer you my cooperation in a possible realization of a prototype of both machines, as we are prospecting a future realization of very innovative electric scoop tram and dumpers for exteriors.

Therefore I openly invite you to express any possible interests in my offer in two months time from today's date.

You can visit the www.vmsrl.com web to see the V.M. SRL, the company from Cagliari , the one that built the electric machines using my plans.

You can send all communication to this e-mail address: paolo.cadeddu@alice.it

Best Regards.

Paolo

Mighty big claims. Hope you can stand the scrutiny by the Denizens of CR4! We discuss the pros and cons of things such as you have presented right here for all to profit by. Of course if there is anyone wanting to invest in your venture which appears to produce prototypes of these wonderful machines they usually use the private message system which is a part of CR4. It is considered unwise to post you personal email address for all to see and possibly misuse.

"Lower energy consumption, due to the ratio between the energy transferred by the machines to the wheels and the one provided by their engines is about 0,9. This means that the efficiency is about 90%."

As described the scoop tram and dumper are battery powered but what are the engines referred to? Electric motors? or what?

If they operate exclusively on battery power the batteries have to be recharged at the end of the day which transfers the pollution to the electric power plant at another location. Hence the ultimate result is that they do their pollution elsewhere.

"They are almost noiseless because of their electric traction."

Electric motor drives are normally low noise level machines.

"For the same reason they do not pollute the environment."

Not at the work site where they are used but elsewhere at the electric power plant!

"During the down way and the slowing down the machines retrieve all the potential and kinetic energy in excess in order to transfer it to the battery."

Well not all but a reasonable percentage.

"Adequate electric battery accumulators, and the recuperative energy power, allow an autonomy of 8 working hours."

Please explain the difference between a battery and a battery accumulator?
