Get a psychrometric chart.

put a dot on existing dry buld/wet bulb conditions.

put a dot on the desired dry bulb/wet bulb condition.

Read the pounds of moisture per pound of air at edge of chart and calculate the difference.

multiply the difference by the total pounds of dry air in the space you want to condition. This will give the amount of moisture your system needs to add.

Go to www.meefog.com and find some equipment to meet your requirements.
