	what is torosional constant???????? i have moment of inertia about 2 different axes. can i calculate torosional constant with the help of moment of inertia abt two different axes........explanation i have Ixx Iyy can i calculate torosinal constant from these two parameters???????????????

	You can calculate the Polar Moment of Inertia from those two moments, but not the Torsional Constant, except for special geometries.
