Certification for pressure vessels

ASME certification for pressure vessels are : U, UM, U2, U3. But no way to certify any pressure vessel after its complete fabrication unless an international third party agency approved by ASME were instructed before fabrication.The AI have to review the design drawings, design calculations, material certificates, .... etc. before starting any fabrication works. For any item code-stamped, the manufacturer must hold a valid certificate of authorization.

Note. According to rules of ASME, any fabricator of any code-stamped item shall have a valid contract with an International Third Party Agency approved by ASME.

Also try Bureau Veritas

FM Global, Hartford Steam Boiler, both are international insurance companies that do ASME work. I may be able to get contacts for the area if needed but you can probably get them from either company website.
