You might want to check out uslightingtech or miserlighting. I would stay with a pureplay induction player instead of someone that just buys the technology and retrofits a hid cobra head.

I've brought from Indo lighting, who produce the "indo lamp" which is based on induction lighting. They manufacture their own luminaires as well. www.indolamp.com
