the ultimate load is the maximum load the strand can resist, and the working load is the maximum you should apply. There are untensioned cables installed as reinforcement into the concrete slab, which are tensioned after the slab has set and cured to an adequate strength, these are the strands on which load may be applied.

Dear sir

Post tensining mean that we have to apply the tension force on the strands after the concrete pouring

the tendons have profile match the bendig moment diagrame and the cables covred by plastic or galvanized ducts.

the works will be in the site ( cast insitue)

the pre tensioning mean that the tension will be befor the concrete pouring and the strand here un covred (bonded with the concrete)

Pre-stressing is having the cables stressed to working load before concreting the structure.

Post Tensioning is otherwise.
