fanuc plc

Fanuc PLC,series 90-30,cpu 353

J am try to find some schematic diagram for communication cable beetwen PLC and computer,do somebody have some schematic for it,on PLC is RJ12 conector and on the other side can be CANON 9PIN female.

J am find schematic for CPU 351,but from some reason J cant make communication with PLC.
