Xylitol Production using Biological methods in the industrial scale

Hi all,

Was researching online about xylitol production via biological methods but normally they only give lab scale information but i require industrial scale information. Does anyone here any any idea on what do they do and how they go about making Xylitol in the industrial scale?

China is currently producing Xylitol from corn on a large scale.

It's evidently a hot market. Lots of links here:
