earth quake is not a machinery .machines vibrates and vibration/jerks can be controlled,you can save industrial building/shed etc from vibration ,jerks,cracks or from any deformation because you know the history of such machineries in advance for a particular area .such formulas can not be applied for jerks,sudden impacts,vibrations obtained for a large area of phenomenon "always new" earthquake blindly.

if you are technocrat you must know the impact strength limit of iron and steel or any metallic material alone or alloy.YOU SHOULD TRY TO IMPROVE THE SUDDEN IMPACT LIMITS AND TO FIND OUT SUCH MATERIALS TO APPLY IN BUILDINGS NORMALLY HAVING MUCH MORE RESISTANCE OF HIGH SUDDEN IMPACT DURING EARTH QUAKE.TO APPLY HYDRAULIC TRUSSES ARE NOT A TESTED ,CONFIRMED AND GENUINE SOLUTION AND A TRUTHFUL WAY.

what material will be used in hydraulic trusses whether made up of another variety to resist the vibration and sudden impact of earth quake.what is the tensile.compression and impact strength of material used for making the hydraulic devices/ trusses itself.please compare with the sudden impact resistance of a natural /phenomenon/earth quake with your applied material and reply soon .
