Nothing will happen except that you will have the neutral brought up on the secondary. Vector group is important when paralleling transformers
First symbol/symbols, capital letters: HV winding connection.Second symbol/symbols, small letters: LV winding connection.
Third symbol, number: Phase displacement expressed as the clock hour number.
N or n neutral brought up

in your case.

Primary. Yn star with neutral brought up

Secondary: d delta

phase displacement 11 (30º)

vector group place a vital role when we are parelling with another source of Generator / Transformer.

First leeter in Capital Letter shoes that H.V connected in Delta

lly small letter shoes that L.V conected in Star.

Third leeter shows that The phse angle between H.V & L.V is 30 Deg Electrical.(i.e 11 O'clock shows that 30 Deg.) if it is CCW then L.V leads H.V by 30 Deg Electricals.

We never change the Vector groups. for even individual operation also.

Each vector group is suitable for different applicaations.

further clarification pl see any standard book.

If i am wrong pl correct me.

Thanks & Regards

for giving opportunity to share knowledge with all.
