Job Title: Site Director
Description: The Clinical Engineering Manager leads the clinical engineering initiatives at hospitals to provide superior customer service and operational efficiencies through the administration. The Manager engages customers, vendors and Technicians with focus on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction. The Manager also communicates between the hospital's executive suite and leadership. The Manager provides service and financial metrics to the central office and manages Joint Commission inspections at the hospital. Position is located in Joliet, Illinois.
Qualifications:
BS degree in an Engineering or technological field
Must have 7+ Years Experience
Knowledge of Clinical Engineering industry
General knowledge of technical equipment
Must have experience managing day to day and long term site operations
Must have experience with and ability to manage, motivate, and develop others
Must have shown upward mobility
