Dear Abhinav.

We'd love to help you out, but your question lacks some key inputs.

"Powder coating it is cheaper and a much cleaner process."

Than what, Electroplating, Galvanizing? Brush painting with latex alkyd or oil based paints?

SST life of 480. 480 what? SST=???

I've been in manufacturing and automotive busuness since 1984 and I have no idea what you mean by this.

Given additional details I am certain that soemone on this board will provide great answers.

You would need a pretty big oven or kiln to powder coat a bus or truck!
