Hello Sohanpal:

I am fairly new to CR4, and I don't want to intrude into anyone's conversation.

Heres my question, what would be the best way to promote an abrasion resistance overlay for fan blades that has performed beyond our best expectations--in several industries already. It is a whole new concept in high velocity materials. It is made in the U.S.A. It was developed by a Stanford trained metalurgist, and can generally be refurished at about 35% of original cost. Also good for temp's to 1300F and almost completey impact resistant.

I'll mark this off topic. Please ignore this if you are not interested. I just want to know where your get your information on coatings for fan blades?

Thanks: Senatorferrell ( I'm not in politics, and wished I'd picked a better name).

Hi

OFF the subject I would say...BUT

TESTING is required and in place no matter what you say. You need to test it in place.

Now with the strict regulations that are in place in the USA a plant outside the USA might be better.

The application of the test should be at the harshest say a crombe or steel ...

You might see a fan refurbishment company about it ...it would be in their interest to work with you as it could bring them extra income..

First, senatorferrell----your reply seems to be a sales statement not a question. And, yes I would be i9interested in your product.

On the original request, please send me the specs including any dust load, altitude, all operating performance requirements and any history.

Please state if it is a new or rebuild application.

I can get a fan w/ BC blades quoted to you just email me.

Dear M3:

I'm sorry I was not clear. All we make is a coating material that we apply to fan blades to make them last longer. This material has performed better than anything else on the market and it can be repaired and refurbished. It can be applied to flat or curved surfaces in thickness 1/8" thru 2".

Most all our applications are in the Northwest, USA. Great for high velocity grit, dust, fly ash etc....

Your opinion of how to bring it to a wider market would be good advice. We have several coal and cement fans coated with our material.

Thanks for any advice.

Brad
