Hi! can somebody assist here, I am looking for a link where i can get phyisics background of leak detection method in ndt

Are you looking for a helium leak detector?

If so, these use mass spectrometry as an operating principle.

You should be able to find some Mass spectrometer Java Applets on Google to suit your needs.
