GreenHybrid has compiled data from over 5,000,000 miles driven by real people on various hybrid cars; rather than EPA test scenarios. You can compare the site's sample data among the different models here.

63 mile per gallon is nothing to sneeze at. That is the equivalent of buying gas for $1.10 per gallon in my current car.
