oil emulsion

Good Day .

I am looking for information about oil emulsion that is developed by Japanese scientist. oil emulsion can be used instead of dieasel oil and does'nt have enviormrntal impact like dieasel. please if anybody has some information about this topic reply soon. Thanks

particulates drop, so does engine life, nothing is free.
