torque converter (K & C faactor)

i have a Torque converter characteristic data where i can see xy plots of torque ratio vs speed ratio .......and C factor plot vs speed ratio........now what is this C factor . i know about K factor in Torque converter but no idea abt C factor. Does any one have any equations or formulae whereby i can relate these two factors.........
