Hello CR4 Reader:
This is my first time asking a question.
I was wondering if anyone had read an article in "Popular Science Magazine" about how the Japanese have simply run wires between a complete break in the spinal cord. This allowed a computer chips to do all kinds of good things for people with complete spinal cord separations or damage. What a simple idea
I saved this magazine for a friend of mine whose son is a Quadriplegic, but lost it before I could give it to him.
I have search extensively for this article, but must be missing something.
Any help from any source would be appreciated
