Selecting Pipe Sizes

OIL & CAUSTIC TO BE REACT TO FORM NEAT SOAP IN MIXER THE VISCOSITY IS 150-1500 cP. WHEN MIXED CONDITION IT IS 150cP.THIS WILL BE TRANFERED AT 15M3. PUMP CAPACITY IS 30M3 4 BAR g.PRESSURE AT DISCHARGE.BUT USING GEAR BOX WE REDUCED TO 15M3.Mixer bottom is cone , bottom nozzle elevation is 1500mm. pump suction and discharge is 80NB. how to select the bottom nozzle size of mixer .

15M3 PER WHAT UNIT OF TIME!!!

DIVIDE FLOW RATE BY DESIRED VELOCITY OF FLUID TO OBTAIN AREA OF PIPE!!!!

TURN OFF YOUR CAPS LOCK, it makes it seem like you're shouting and make people like me nervous!
