Reference standard for chilled water line

What should be the reference standard for inspection and testing of chilled water line at site? Does this require 100% radiography? What about fire water line?

B31.3 does not apply so there are no "officia" standards. If you wat to get into the mud, no standard applys unless the OWNER/OPERATOR says so.

Radiography is not recommende, but hydrotest to be taken before use.

vishual inspection for insulaation and hydrostatic testing for leaks.
