Dear MOHAMMEDRAFI!

Please, don't make me laugh early the morning. If the bosses of the companies are not aware about the new ethics in their field, you think the workers are aware? I really don't think so. What you really want from the WORLD? What's the ethics in that situation? What the workers must do to meet the so-called ethics? Explain! How the workers understand you if people reading your message don't have a clear idea about it? What paint do you apply and what technic is in use? How you dispose of your wastes? How you control air pollution? Pollution control is an ethic or a duty in your place? Again, explain and you get the answer, Gil.

Welcome aboard, but as noted by others, please refine your question a bit. Do you mean are we aware of and accepting of powder coating vs liquid paint? Or did I miss your point entirely?

Hey MOHAMMEDRAFI!

What's happening? You need preparation and finishing your responses? Don't take so much time to answer. Ah, it hurts to hear that your start was not enough good? It happens to most of us. Chill down and explain what you want and what's your ethics in the surface preparation and finishing what you have to coat. Life is simple, so don't make complicated. An answer is free or no need money, so let you imagination flows freely and drop something to us. We need question with some explanations. Gil.
