The easy way to get it is to write to a manufacturer and ask for the data. The other way is to calculate it. I checked my Perry's Chemical Engineer's Handbook for the equation, but it barely addresses polymers, I need to get a newer version. I performed an internet search for the equation and it turned up some interesting sites. It turns out the equation is more involved than most would want to get into. Try the search for yourself, hope you like differential equations. You did not mention a range of temperatures either.

There is no scientific name for the equation. The names of the persons that contributed to the development of the equations as listed in the Perry's are, Jasper, Brock and Bird, then modified by Miller, and for hydrogen bonded materials Macleod originally suggested an approach that was further developed by Sugden. What temperatures are you looking for? Do you have access to a Perry's? Or can I send you more info?
