Computer Based Training (CBT)

09/16/2006 1:23 AM

We are in the field of Industrial Training.

Our present main focus is on the development of Computer Based Training (CBT) and Management Solutions for Process Industries.

Between 'text/sketch based references and real plants/machines, I feel, still a huge void exists for the scope of virtual stuffs of innumerous forms, 2D/3D models, animations, simulations etc.

Newer additions are happening increasingly on e-learning; still the needs and scopes are huge.

With our small team I am convinced that bigger assignments and challenges can be taken up, by increasing the team size and efforts, should there be needs. Needless to emphasize the prevailing 'techno labor availability and competitive cost effectiveness' of this part (India) of the world.

Wonderful, greater achievements are possible only by synergizing resources. We look for partners who wish to market, just not our product, the concept, "filling up the gap between text/sketch based references and real plants/machines by virtual plants and machines".

Consider this

A new procedure or piece of equiptment, always has a sharp learning curve. 3-5 years after installation no one remembers the inital bugs & the solutions. Document the 1st 3-24 months & you would have a data base that would lower the manhours spent on repair in the future. the trick would be automating the editing process. If you are interested I would love to discuss this further. I've spent many years trying to improve maintenance procedures & lower costs, in the trenches, where the work is actually being done, on the factory floor.
