urgent: please give me the schematic for FM broadcasting station.

hello everyone.

please help me out with this:

i want a schematic which can be used for broadcasting FM over 2-3 km range.

there are no problems with the licence and other legal things.everything is set.

its just that i want to build the station on my own.

i hope to get a good reply soon.
