We would sincerely appreciate it if you were able to answer the following two questions by July 31st or forward them on to relevant personnel at your agency.
1. Do you use a good web polling software or other system for voting purposes at your agency?
2. We manage over 3000+ items between hardware, software, and related equipment (tripods, carts, etc..) from receiving to deployment to maintenance to disposal. We also loan some of these items to faculty, staff, and students. There have always been challenges with managing, loaning, and tracking items, as well as creating reports. We're re-vamping our inventory business process and looking to automate parts of it through software. Do you have similar needs and issues? Have you been using any inventory and/or loan management software to handle your equipment? What are the pros and cons of such systems?
I appreciate any suggestions you may have regarding these technologies.
