Looking for a seasoned Senior Mechanical Engineer in Wisc.

I'm looking to fill 3 Engineer positions in Germantown, Wisc. The salary is between $55-$65K and are can be direct hire, depending on the candidate. The 3 positions are a Senior Mechanical Engineer, an Application Engineer, and a Controls Engineer. My client designs and manufactures custom web processing equipment for the converting industry. Cost of living must be lower out there, but I just got an intro level mech. engineering job starting at 55K. (Metro Boston Area)

After looking it up on salary.com it looks like there is a 10K difference living in Wisconsin. I moved from Boston to Albany and took a pay decrees, but I'm doing better because the cost of living is so much less.
