For fabricating Semiconducting Gas Sensors using,Thick Fims(Screen Printing /any other suitable method) ,is it prefered to use Alumina Substrates/ LTCC tapes?

If so which firms provide these materials (Alumina Substrates/LTCC Tapes)?Please suggest me.

Here are the major suppliers of LTCC tapes:

Hereaus

Ferro

Dupont

ESL (Electroscience)

(I have used Hereaus and ESL myself)
