is it possible in a company that has gmp, glp, and gcp to have a single change management procedure (meaning what must be done) or can we only achieve a global process

Dear Guest,

It is possible to have a single change management procedure however it may not be practical to do so. This, like so many other things, depends on the structure of your company/companies and how closely they are linked together.

Implementing a global process is probably easier than actually implementing the same procedure in all sites.

If you are based in the US then I can give you the name of a very good consulting company (nothing to do with me or my company) that could advise you further. I posted a query on this forum and they were able to help me out a great deal.

Kind Regards

Mr. W.A Snow
