PVC Extrusion shape deformation

Hi

today i met problem in my pvc cave type pipe parts reached my industry it shape deformed

this is Extrusion process of PVC pipe and it length is 2m width is 230mm

what is the reason to change the shape?

how to correct this problem

Maybe you should take measure to make it deformed back.

We need more infor mation. If it isn't delivered to drawing it's the suppliers problem surely.
Maybe the design is wrong with inadequate cross section...maybe it wasn't cooled properly as it left the extruder....maybe it's too soft a material..or not the material specified.

You need to provide LOTS more information to a sensible answer.

The real answer to the question 'How to correct this problem' is..

Understand the processes involved...

Solving problems is easy...the hard part is determining what the problem is.

Hi

yes i am also thing cooling problem

This is the PVC material rectangular hollow hight 110mm width235mm thickness 3

can you tell me at what cooling temp maintain and also heater temp,vaccum pressure

I have no idea...this is not my field of expertise..I just have a broad wealth of engineering knowledge/experience/common sense .
