RFI- SOAPSTOCK SPLITTING

Hello all,

i work for a company which manufactures edible oil and stock feed from cottonseed, based in Zambia, Africa. we are using a chemical batch refining system and generate a dark black/brown waste called soapstock. this waste has posed tremedious disposal problems and penalties from the local authorities.

we are looking to (Treating) splitting this waste with an inorganic acid and therefore wish to procure a soapstock splitting plant.

i therefore seek advice as to feasibility of this and possible suppliers of such equipment. further whats the commercial value and/or use of acid oil generated?
