Take a screen print, save area as a .jpg and insert that in your post.

You can also open the Screen Print in "Paint" and crop the excess baggage from your material.

This forum apparently does not support posting of images in the posts.

"Almost-right"... You MAY post images if you register.

Guests may NOT post images. This is one sure way to prevent this from becoming one of those "unfit for children's eyes" websites.

Once you've registered, THEN you will see the little green "camera icon" in your editor window. Click it, and point your pc to an image file that you've saved somewhere, like this one:

Registering is free and easy ... and your posts are more likely to be taken seriously.

"Cheers!"

Smitty,

What says, "It is not accepted?" The CR4 service, after upload attempt? Then the question would be:

How do I post an image from Microsoft WORD file into here. When I try, using the CR4-editor "camera" tool, to upload the source file of a picture insert in a Word document, I get back a message that the (picture) file is not accepted.

If that is the procedure you used (which is the only procedure that would work in any event), then, as stated previously, the picture source file on your hard disk is of a non-bit-map format, probably gif, that CR4 does recognize (accept) when uploaded. The solution is to open that source file on your computer with a photo editor (like Paint), save it as a (say) jpeg file (meaning, with .jpg extension), and then upload again. Any further question? Hopes this and the others helps solve the problem.

Hmmm... I just tried inserting a simple block arrow from Word basic images - not a very complicated drawing, and it didn't insert. No message indicating it wasn't accepted, but there was only a blank space inserted at the beginning of this message where I tried inserting it (using the ctrl+c and ctrl+v shortcuts). But the font was non-typical, which I'm sure the system here will convert to the standard font as it always does when I try to use something different... <Edited - which it did, as well as removing that extra space at the beginning.>
