What is the equivalent standard for SS bolts- ASTM A 325 particularily in filter module connections

Have a look at this website

It appears the closest "equivalent" will be:

ASTM A193

GR B6 410 Stainless Steel

Quenched and Tempered

Also - for a more in depth look at bolting:

Download NASA's Fastener Design Manual (~10 MB) and have a look in the Appendices for a more thorough view of bolting standards.

Oh yeah, lastly .......

I am not sure what you mean by "filter module connections" BUT you will need to worry about stainless steel bolts galling, and also the potential for galvanic corrosion.

If you're looking for an ASTM specification, I would consider A193-B8 Class 2, which is a stainless steel carbide solution treated, strain hardened material. These bolts have a tensile strength of 125 ksi, compared to A325 with a tensile of 120 ksi.
