High strength steel hook needed

I'm developing a product for which I need a number of high strength steel hooks similar to that found on a dental pick, but stronger, with more curvature and of slightly greater diameter. Can anyone point me in the right direction for finding something of this nature? A cheap, bulk product would be ideal.
