Plastic injection machine

Just "google" the manufacturer's name for the machine that you have seen. For each brand of the machines, they are each slightly different.

For temperature control of tooling, most of the machine suppliers also recommend "cooling" or "hot water" units that match their machine types.

Try manufacturers like "JOHNS", "BOY", "KAWAGUCHI", "ARBURG", "ENGEL". They are the ones that I'm familiar with.

I do not know of the coolers/heat exchangers, but I can say that if you were to change hydraulic fluid to Schaeffer, the temperature would drop 10-20%.

Was your injection machine ever running cooler, or are you replacing an existing heat exchanger.
