which food grade gasket i can use for glycerine storage tank so that it will not contaminate with it.

teflon. But normally they don't use gaskets, its metal to metal polished seats.

There are diff types of gaskets available in teflon too. which are ready to fit. You do not need to cut them.

Use a plastic gasket. The plastics is called Ultra High Molecular Weight Poly Ethelyne UWHMPE. It is an excellent food and medical grade plastic for gaskets etc..

Silicone elastomer gaskets can be used for such purposes.

In-situ gaskets can also be thought of using RTV Silicone available in collapsible tube packings.
