Virus scan

when I put in Virus scan of removable Disk, I get virus information of two types.

" Reboot", "quarantined". For the former I reboot . For the second one ,what does this mean ? I am new to this scan , so kindly explain meaning of both.

"Quarantined" means the virus has been isolated so that it cannot cause any further harm.
