Sealing flexible tiles

Does anyone know of a product that could be used to seal flexible tiles (non-grouted tiles, just butted together), that is UV resistant. I mean a coating that would be sprayed/brushed etc, over top the tiles to make the floor waterproof (i.e. so the water can't get down the joins between the tiles). The sealer would need to have the following physical properties;

Hardness ,ASTM D-2240 90 +- 5 A
Tensile Strength, ASTM412-C 3200 +-300 psi
Elongation, ASTM412-C 450+-50%
Tear, ASTM624-C 325 +- 50 pli
