I choosed tihs typ: http://garlock.eu.com/German/prod_inflatableseals.php Now waiting on tech. support from Garlock, because there is no data how many times it is posible to inflate/deflate this typ of seal. that is a hard duty cycle, every 25 seconds 24/7. Garlock is the only one who might have a duty cycle test for this product. Might be something here http://machinedesign.com/ContentItem/58902/Designingwithinflatableseals.aspx http://www.google.ca/search?hl=en&q=%22inflatable+seal%22+%2B%22duty+cycle%22&btnG=Search&meta=

Yes, I have an answer from Garlock. here it is:

Concerning the instantaneous efficiency, this profile 639 can be suitable for your working conditions.

On the other hand, in term of longevity, it's necessary to test the duration with a prototype as your conditions are specific.

In term of cycle/inflations, we can estimate, but without result guarantee and commitment, a quantity of 150 000 cycles.
