The answer is in the repair manual. What the pressure is, is not nearly as important as knowing if there is fuel pressure. I do not remember any systems that used less than 30 psi, nor more than 60. If you can test the pressure, this should tell if the fuel pump and related wiring is working. The late electric fuel pumps seldom get weak. usually they work, or they don't.
