My name is Engr. Thaddeus Ikechukwu.
I have designed a motorised version of a hydraulic press that will eliminate the major set-backs to the widely available versions like manual feeding/operation, low capacity and low utilization,and low working pressure.This is a fully automated version, that is capable of self-operation, with minimal human interferrence, for 24 hrs.It's infeed and outfeed chain conveyors enables this version to fit into a production line, where metal ingots are to be continuously produced in a work station within a plant and conveyed to the press, and forged parts are outfed to another workstation where other operations can be carried out on them. Up to 0.87MN force is made available to the cylinder to do work.This would enable the machine to be used for both closed and open die forging,cold and hot forming operation,and for materials compositing in the bricks and ceramics industries,allowg the creation of compex shapes.
I have my detailed designs, drawings,and a working animation of the machine.
It is my intention to enter into an agreement with developers on how the machine can be produced,and to probably, sell the design to them.
