Recycling Manganese Oxide

I have a source of manganese oxide to recycle in Canada. It is in pellet mixed with a type of clay. I am looking for a mine smelter or a battery processing plant that could use it in their product. I read that some water treatment plants even used it to produce chlorine from some other source.

Do you know of any industry that could use about a ton or two a year packaged in 5 gal. pails?
