While sizing DG for petroleum industry how to arrive at demand factors, whether lighting and HVAC load can be considered as intermittent load?

1)Load profile needs to be ascertained while selecting the final rating of the DG set. 2)Lighting load(only AC emergency load) shall be continous load. 3)HVAC for essential epqt(for which AC is a MUST) shall be continous. As such normally HVAC is never considered as a load on the emer DG set. 4)Pl chek the purpose of DG set whether it is black start or safe shut down or used for both applications. Hope i have shed some light on the issue. regards
