Laminating Steel Sheets With Declom or Similar

I am trying for answers to laminate CR or GI sheet of O.8mm thick sheets with declom or similar sheets of 1mm thick. If feasible what could be the glue. And the bonding shall be strong long standing. Please guide me with some suggestions.

Sir,

Declom is a trade name for synthetic sheet of 1mm thick with various color finishes generally used for to laminte plywood for furniture. It comes with very good finih like wood natural grains also. Other trades are formica sunglas etc,.

well, resorcinol formaldehyde glue is very good and is used in that industry. Contact cements also works, but is more expensive.

Check the material's co-efficient of expansion in regards to the material you are bonding it to - especially if it's going somewhere with temperature variations.

Many of these materials have co-efficients of expansion greater than 10 times that of steel , you may lose your bonding and have warping.
