Goffering Operation

I need to produce a wavy ornamental undulation with irregular shape over a Polypropylene film surface. Regularly I make it passing the film through a metal male roll and a compressed cardboard female roll called 'cartalana' Can somebody tell me how to replace the cartalana once it has been worn out?
